Ordering:

Since these yarns are kettle dyed, each is unique and cannot be duplicated exactly. We make every effort to ship your item right away, but all items will ship within 4 business days of ordering. We will contact you immediately if there is a delay.

Payments:

Payments can be in the form of personal check, cashiers check or paypal. Checks must clear your account before immediate shipment is made. Due to the prevalence of paypal chargeback scams, if you are paying with Paypal, you must have a confirmed address and verified account. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Shipping:

All items ship by USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We make every effort to ship the best way for each situation and do not mark up our shipping in any way. If you have special requests, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you.

Refunds & Returns

First and foremost we want you to be happy with your Pigmentoes yarn. If you are unhappy for any reason you may return your yarn (in original, unused condition) to us for a full refund. Returns must be mailed within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Returns will be shipped at the customer's expense and please buy insurance to guarantee your refund. We cannot be responsible for damaged or unreceived returned merchandise.
